James always provides Great Customer Service that you don’t see a lot of now days. He is definitely a plus to Amscot and always makes the transaction go as smoothly as possible

I just want to say this location is the best amscot I’ve been to in the area!! It had been a while since I used amscot services. I came in frantic and stressed because I needed to use Amscot’s services for an unexpected emergency situation. Not to mention I was on a time crunch. I had the pleasure of working with an awesome associate (she was a long haired blonde female- I am trying to find her name because I didn’t catch it before I left) who was not only efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. She was also patient and kind. I had a complicated situation regarding my all documents. Regardless she was able to get me what I needed in order to handle my needs. Anddddd during my processing .. a bunch of customers came in suddenly and she was able to take care of me and all the other clients effortlessly with her exceptional multitasking skills. Please give this employee a raise!! And make her a trainer for other amscot employees!!

the attention is very good but they must fix the schedule I came because it says that it closes at 9 at night and closes at 6 in the afternoon, and you waste your time
