I can confirm that everything is fast, simple, straight-forward with no hidden catches. Wasn't the cheapest loan, but sure as hell meant a lot when I had an emergency and needed the cash fast, without needing to sell my car for nothing.

Their approval is pretty quick and the whole process is simplified. They can be handy to get you out of trouble, so you can handle whatever you have right away, and pay it back in installments.

Excellent customer service experience. I had to take a loan, and this type was my only option (using my car as collateral). They discussed the options in detail with me and made a detailed payment plan with me.

I was told that I was approved for $7500, then the next day I was told that I was approved for $1000 because of some type of report (not a credit report). The CSR wasn't sure what the report was or why underwriting made that decision. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

They are much nicer to deal with than other title loan companies. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a fast extra money.
