Predatory lender in every way if I could give negative 50 stars I would the refused to send statements and told me I had to drive to a branch for payments I was on phone 3 hours for hold to talk to a live person who then the first 30 min could not find my account even with my number. I paid off the very small loan to get rid of the loan. I would NEVER do business with this bank

Best Bank I've ever used. Came with me to my home closing to make sure everything went well. Has been very helpful with any of my requests.

The customer service and communication at this bank is really bad. They dinged my credit report for a late payment that they did receive on time and now no one there will help get it removed.

We took a Home Equity Loan from Third Federal. Barbara Drummey from the St, Pete branch assisted us in securing all of the necessary information. She was extraordinary and expedited the closing for us. Racquel Ferreira conducted the closing in the Sarasota branch. She was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Third Federal. They have the lowest borrowing rates and their staff are exemplary.

I used THIRD FEDERAL as my mortgage lender when i bought my first home about 20 years ago, and also have a CD and savings account with them. i have found that their online and in-person customer service at their Sarasota branch is outstanding!

I tried to open a joint savings account online and after 4 days and several phone calls I gave up. Worst process I have ever encountered. In addition, they wanted to pull a credit report...to open a SAVINGS account! Terrible customer service. They just don't care.
