Be aware that you don't need to go through ABC. They will charge to help you apply to the same people you can apply to for free. They did help me, but I wouldn't do it again if I could go back and start over. As an update, I adjust the star rating up. Chris was very kind and reached out to me about my rating. They can help you get a loan, but be mindful this isn't a free service. They will charge fees you will need to budget for up front. They can help with going to multiple lenders for you, as well as coaching you along the way.
