Absolutely Terrible customer relations department!!! I was told that even though we left a vm and never heard back and no one ever answers that - and I quote " if you don't want to go in person or wait then you are free to go somewhere else and apply" Not only am I appalled since this is the Customer relations dept but if we don't get a call and have no idea if a turn around time, do we just wait till kingdom come??

The process was easy and quick however I needed the money the next day before a major storm was to strike had no cash for days not sure how the banking system works but could have used the cash when I really needed it. Borrowed money from family so I’m probably turning the money back in instead. Thanks for the business.

Very easy process. The loan originator was very thorough, respectful and professional.
