Very unprofessional! Had a mutual client with this company and tried more than once to get updates. The loan processor was very rude and unprofessional, actually telling me that she didn't have time to talk to me. The loan officer never answered the phone and didn't return phone calls when a message was left. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. There are several mortgage companies out there that value business and customer service, this isn't one of them.
