Ask for Dan Earnest! 10/10 recommend!! Knows what he’s doing and will get you the best deal. I’m a first time homebuyer and I don’t think it could’ve gone any smoother! Dan made sure to keep my husband and I updated and filled in on whatever was going on. Not to mention he always returned our texts or calls at a very timely manner. In 10-15 years when it’s time to buy a bigger house I know who I’m coming to.

Dan is the man! He helped me buy a house and three years later he helped me to refinance that house.I was just expecting an lower rate. In stead he got me an cash out refinance which gave me money to put a new roof on the house and pay off all my credit cards plus an much lower rate. He knows his stuff. I swear he can do it in his sleep. When I didn't understand something, he took his time to explain it in a way that I could understand it. He did his magic to get me the best price for my money.When your on the phone with him, he makes you feel you are his only client. He works for you and he works hard for you. I had a VA loan and they are picky how they want things done and he knew exactly how to get it done. You can not go wrong working with him.

Absolutely worst purchase experience ever. I have never met a more unprofessional set of individuals. Not only are the unresponsive to emails and phone calls, but they will continue to string you along reassuring you documents have been submitted when they have not. After going under contract on a property with a hard preapproval from this company, they sat on our file for nearly two weeks a before requesting further documentation required from underwriting. I was specifically told documents had been submitted to third-party entities (required for our loan type) when they in fact had not as a complete file was required in order to do so. I was very diligent about submitted documentation when they asked- within a few hours. However I did not appreciate being called at 1pm on a weekday saying documentation needed to be turned in by close-of-business in order to keep the closing on time. This happened numerous times and made it very stressful. I was literally told "I don't know what to tell you," by our loan processor, Dan, when I explained to him I was in BFE on a military base with no way to complete what he was asking of me in the timeframe. I don't expect him to solve the problem however a little awareness of the predicament his procrastination puts other people in would be nice. This horrible management of our file pushed us to miss our closing date by two business days. Although closing two days late is not a huge deal, they did not convey the closing had moved to another day until less than THREE HOURS BEFORE CLOSING. Not once, but TWICE. I could not get a phone call or email response from the Loan processor (Dan- the one that mishandled our file), or Tiffany. Absolutely unprofessional company, and would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs! There are so many other companies out there, so go see what other fish are in the sea- just leave this stinky piece of mullet alone.

Dan and his crew had been extremely helpful throughout the entire mortgage process! Dan gave us helpful advice to make things simple and smooth. He took the time to explain our questions every step of the way. We appreciated his expertise, ability and willingness to work within our specific needs. The portal system that had been set up made the entire process quick and efficient! My wife and I can’t thank Fairway (and Dan Ernest) enough for their outstanding work and diligence!
