My experience with Bank Rep Melissa Zarcone was very comfortable, productive, and stress-free. Melissa gets to know you and your needs while working on your request or issue. She mirrors what you wanted to accomplish, to make sure that she understood what you’re looking to get done. You get a feeling of home or family when you’re in this Mid-Florida Reps company. Went to deposit a cash and handle it to the nice young lady my driver license and my credit union card and in middle of filling the tiny form for the amount of deposit ,the old blond hair woman behind the counter told me to STEP ASIDE TWICE as soon as the only guy went inside to take my place and he was filling the same form I am doing. So why he took priority over me and I was there first!! As coming from high class family and culture I politely stop filling my form request and left the branch. Rude and unprofessional behavior. Don't go to this particular Branch unless if you wanna be treated bad.

Melissa is spectacular at the Speing Hill Drive, Spring Hill Branch. Very helpful not only to her customers but her fellow employees.
