Community First Credit Union, St. Augustine, FL

My husband passed away a few months ago and I had to change our joint account to an account for just me. I am so glad that the person who took care of me was Tristan Edwards. He made what was such a difficult time for me so easy and comfortable. I hope you know what a pleasure he is to deal with and when I come in the the branch he always welcomes me. I hope he can move up in the ranks. He well deserves it.

After an outstanding experience with Raoul two days ago, i got a follow-up call from him today. He wanted to let me know that Jennifer had another idea to help me with account protection. The advice made perfect sense to me and told Raoul to execute Jennifers suggestion. He also gave me great news regarding my credit card for reinstatement in October after i finally close out my open account after my direct deposit. I can't say enough how great my experience has been through this situation i was in. Jennifer and Raoul Velez are Rock Stars to me. I appreciate them so much. And giving me peace of mind. Community First cares about you as a member and works to solve a problem you may have. We talked with Elise, and she was amazing at helping us. I was a new customer to the credit union and not only did she give us great and timely service, but was also very personable. We felt greatly welcomed into the community.
