The people at St. Augustine One Main Financial have always treated me with respect, curtesy, honesty, but most of all as a friend. I’m glad that they were there for me when I needed them.

I found the people working at this location to be very accommodating, understand my needs, willing to help with options at a rate I can afford. If there is some issue, they handle it right away. The manager was my loan officer and explained the process thoroughly. If she was not available, any of the other agents knew of me and could answer my questions. This office makes you feel that you are important to them and gives you proper guidance in your decision making.

The staff was incredibly helpful at a time where we were in a little bit of a jam because of the storm. I've dealt with a lot of lending institutions personally and professionally over the years but OneMain has been one of the best experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend Jenn and Kim to anyone who is in need of some financial assistance!! Thanks!

First time I got a loan was great ! Interest was high but out of convenience I was fine with it . I paid loan off within 4 months went back for loan 2 the next year and this time no collateral got 3500 paid off around same time . Go for loan 3 and only needed 2500 and now they said no and that I need a co-signer on any amount . It is because they didn’t make enough money off of me in interest charges because I paid it off to early I’m guessing. I am very disappointed in them . I will say customer service at the office is great though .

Bailey was transparent and very efficient. She made the process easy and was quick to turn around with updates. This was a very easy and positive experience.

If you're in need of a loan then this isn't the place. I was only looking for a small loan for my credit, I have pretty decent credit but I wanted to keep a line open to keep my credit active. I filled everything out almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I called today to cancel it. I called a few days ago and was told they would put a rush on it and someone would reach out with in 48 hrs, well 3 days later someone called me and said they needed one last form and then they would send the loan to my account the next day, I uploaded that form 20 mins after the call and here it is 2 days later no call, no loan, no email or anything. I was approved for $13k but only wanted $4k so there wasn't a problem there, I make over $6k month so no problem there. My credit is 695 so no problem there. Only problem is with the way this place is ran. I feel bad for the ones in need of a loan who are counting on it and are given the run around due to lack of communication and unorganized business.
