Very unprofessional. Called this location to ask a question, I ask it and the employee says "hold on" instead of answering. After waiting 5 min he comes back to phone, I ask my simple question again. Instead of answering, he says "I'm busy right now. Call another location "

I tried to cash a government check everywhere! From the US Treasury at that. No one would cash it at all. Then I went to this Amscot and was helped by an employee named Maurice. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service and helped me solve the problem I had been working on all day. Wonderful experience, definitely 5 stars, I recommend this Amscot

Had to do a cash advance for the first time and was a bit nervous that I would be asking all the stupid questions. Eric took great care of me, was friendly patient with me, and got it done. Thanks Eric!

So apparently their notary cannot notarize a legal document. Which is entirely the purpose of a notary. So why advertise this service if it can’t be used?

Forget getting any help from Amscot. If they cannot tie a charge to what they are doing for you, they refuse to do anything extra. I needed a document witnessed and because they don't have that as an item they charge for they sent me packing. I'll never use Amscot again. Horrible company, at one time they would help you. Pathetic.
