Amscot - The Money Superstore, St. Petersburg, FL

Says it's supposed to be open up at 7:00 a.m. I pull in around 7:16 the attendant gets out of a car who's parked behind me at 7:30 walks in the building it is now 8:00 and she's now opening it up an hour after this place is supposed to be open

Summer was not friendly and she was rude. "I didn't want to give any information" is what she said to me. When I literally answer all her questions. I gave her the information she asked for. When my transition was done I said thank you. She just abruptly walked away without saying a word. Normally I have a great experience at this amscot. Maybe someone should talk to Summer about being a little nicer and professional.

Unlike other Amscot locations, this one is never really busy which is wonderful when you are in a hurry. The staff has always been very helpful and the payment process quick. I'm happy this service is in the neighborhood.

Extremely rude dark skinned gentlemen behind the counter. Instead of admitting he was wrong on policy he pulled the race Card. This is a quality establishment not one of the ones with one needles and checks he’s used to approving. This jiminy Cricket is not trained in customer service and lies to customers.

Horrific mind boggling two hours of providing data over $500 bucks. They even asked me to document each deposit individually for 12 months on two bank accounts. Save yourself and google- "Cash Advance.' The online people will advance fast without having to go into a store or account for each deposit. And they go to $5,000!! They just add them up and don't assume everyone is sending cash to you for no reason.
