Terrible experience with this lender! I worked with Lindsey Reddish to secure a construction to perm loan. Throughout the process, she was difficult to communicate with and failed to follow up on several occasions. I finally decided to go with another lender. Run - don't walk - away from this company!!

She was very knowledgeable and walked my husband and I through the whole process, answering any questions and dealing with any small issues as they arose. I have recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so.

DO NOT USE THIS LENDER. They are terribly coordinated and their communication errors will cost you thousands. $1500 worth of home inspections to be exact.
