If honesty, good communication, and integrity are what you are looking for in a bank, I recommend you go ANYWHERE but this place. I’ve never seen a credit union screw over it’s members continuously with such aggressive fees on any and all accounts. Almost never willing to work with you over the phone on setting up or arranging things in regards to payments, loans etc. Two and half years ago during the start of the pandemic I was 30 days late on a $20 credit card payment (I notified and talked with them that it would be late) and to this day they refuse to work with me and remove the late payment from my credit report. I would trust a random person on the street with my money before I ever open another account with this scam of a credit union.

3 people were open to help. None said hi while I just stood there. I had called first to make sure they could help. Turns out they can't. Honesty don't waste your time, calling or going. They are not trying to work, God forbid you bother them at work. Great customer service! Really guys outstanding!

Connect Credit Union is lucky to have Vicky Block! She is absolutely amazing and so helpful! They genuinely care about their members Financial Health and well-being! And take all the time necessary to explain any and all items that you request.
I have been with multiple Banks, and credit unions in the past and my wife and I are supremely satisfied with Connect Credit Union and all their services and personnel!

If I could rate a negative 5 stars I would, I am not even sure where to start. The people they have working here are so crooked it's unbelievable they are in business. I wanted to refinance my loan after about a year to get a better rate they were offering on auto financing. The branch manager at the Stuart location, Natalie, ensured me this would not be a issue. Upon completion they tried to charge me for "new" gap insurance, as she would not allow me to transfer it. Little did she know when she was speaking with the district manager about my complaint of not paying it, she didn't not put me on hold, I was still on the line, listening to the whole conversation. I kept my mouth shut while her and her supervisor talked and her supervisor advised her that she would be written up if she transferred my gap insurance as they are trained to inform customers that it does not transfer, although with a little reading of the fine print it shows otherwise. Right before she thought she was going to bring me back on the line her supervisor asked her if she had any other questions, that is when I spoke up informing them I was still on the line. Needless to say I was not charged that "new" gap Insurance fee that if I remember correctly was around $400. Just be aware these people are crooked and I would never suggest anyone using them for anything.

I can't even believe the lack of humility from this location. An employee went out of her way to come outside and let me know I was unable to use there parking lot. I was simply pulled over in a shady spot in there lot. I wasn't even in a parking spot. I needed a safe cool place to send an email and a few text messages. She said I was taking up space for her customers. FUNNY thing is it was so "busy" that her and another teller could leave the office to come harass me. I wouldn't trust these people with my money!

When I started working with this institution 6 years ago I felt that I had a avocet. The people were friendly and easy to work with. A new Branch Manager is at the Stuart location. I have found he is friendly and will go out of his way to help. To me that is the difference between a credit union and a for profit bank. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Connect.

We've been members here since it was the Martin County Credit Union. We love their service and the way they make you feeling like a person not a number. We said "goodbye" to the big banks. You should too!
