this goes directly towards the customer service attitude i received today over the phone. i called to make a payment on my loan and the woman on the phone sounded so disgusted i wanted her to make the process instead of me going through my phone app.. which to try to get me to use the app she informed me was a fee.. which i was aware of. which also i was aware that i was gonna have to pay the fee if i used the app. is it such a big deal to process my card which is already on file and all you have to do is your job? customer service? i have been to the slw branch hundreds of times. i have called countless times and never have i received the how dare you bother me with asking me to do my job... always a happy and very nice friendly staff.. i am shocked this was my first experience dealing with this branch and wont ever go there or call back. in fact i called the ft pierce branch second and they handled it just fine without a issue or attitude.

Kimberly was very helpful with working an auto loan for me. Sent me to another branch in Boynton and they followed through just as well. Great communication throughout and better rates than their competitors. Thank you so much for everything Kim.

honestly this and the Hutchinson island branch have ligit walked through every major life thing that has happened to me and my family since moving to Florida four years ago (there's been more than one would think). and that's why, even though it is extremely inconvenient to do banking with them due to only a few locations in the area, i can't bring myself to do my banking anywhere else. i LOVE the people that work at both locations... they have become like the extended family members you actually like, ha
