Very poor customer service. I went to the bank to take care of my stepmothers death certificate today and after waiting 15 minutes was told I need an appointment. Before going we were told we could walk in and the website also says you can walk in. This was a followup because we had already done this in this location and for some reason it got lost. We have been to other branches and there has never been an issue. The problem is just this branch I think. The manager on duty was very rude. There were 3 customer service staff working with other people and only 1 person waiting when we arrived.
