Dawn and Victoria were absolutely wonderful, and helped us quickly and flawlessly. I have never experienced refinancing easier. They helped us to get a much better interest rate and security knowing if anything happened to us financially that all will be taken care of.

A Few weeks ago I put in an application for a loan. I needed help with some car repair and other things. I already have my car payment through them. Went through the phone calls and the documents and was told that I was approved for the loan, they just needed to know how much. Told them I was waiting on finding out how much the repairs would be. They said it was fine, it will be waiting for me when I am ready. Called this morning to let them know and now suddenly they can not approve me for the loan. Went through weeks of them blowing up my phone daily and emails and getting told that I was approved just for them to change their mind. Thanks for the waste of time. Don't tell people they are approved for the loan if you are just going to deny them later.

OneMain is so easy to work with, great people, and a very streamlined process. Maryann is so nice and makes the process easy and quick. Pleasure doing business with them!

I have been working with Shelly Washington the past few days to get a loan. Today it was funded. It was a quick and easy process. Ms. Washington was polite and very knowledgeable about all of it. I can definitely appreciate that in this day and age where it seems no one has time to go out of their way. I highly recommend her!
