Racist MR. Frank just told me that that western union is not working because we are picking up large sum of money, and the way that we look. I just called another amscot and was todo western union is up and running.

Rude was hung up on when trying to make payment with out any confirmation the lady using check option on payment because i guess they were busy but I'm a customer too if i have your attention then i should be priority until my problem is handled. Now i have to go in from work to deal with this problem was put on hold and never really had my problem solved so she wasted my time. Person did not give name before or after ether so there is no accountability. Maybe i should take this to corporate.

Helped fast... everything was accurate

There seems to be one lone employee at this location that knows what she is doing, Jada I believe her name is. When she is there I have no problems and I'm taken care of in a kind manner. Otherwise everyone is incompetent and rude. Heavy set spanish dude forgets he's providing a service and acts like I'm lucky he's helping me. He's the rudest member of the staff, least capable, and very petty. Because I didn't like the way he spoke to me I was made to wait until all other customers were dealt with most of which I watched arrive and leave while I was made to wait.

Zero customer service skills. Jayda is terrible. Doesn’t even look at the people when we talk to her. If she is busy she can at least respond and carry on with her work which is not the case. Makes us wait for a while and then passes the message with someone else working. Horrible!!! Old staff anada, Chiquita frank are all excellent
