I watched more than seven people walking in out as I stood out my window. When I finally let it be known that I was not going to just stand there and wait while everyone else was helped- I was rudely confronted by Sylvia who stated that “obviously she had other customers to take care of and she couldn’t handle my inquiry/request because she had other customers”. At that point the demeanor tone and words of her choice were so rude that I decided To leave!!

Everyone there has been great at their job and the customer service is always exceptional. Plus Andrea has always remembered my name and is her friendly personality is very welcoming!

I went there this morning with a money order that was pay out to me for 20 dollar. I never had a issue where I had to re-sign my name twice on the back of my money order due to me sign before I got there. be I always bring my ID and my ID matches my signature that’s on the money order, I signed it again in front of the Spanish lady. So I gave her a total of $40.50 which goes for the fee of cashing my $20 money order to get another money order for $37.50. She got an attitude and cashed my money order and try to give me my cash back and I tell her nicely that I needed a new money order for $37.50 back So she caught another attitude saying things in Spanish. So when she threw my ID Under the counter that’s when I told her that was very unprofessional and I need to talk to your supervise and she ignored me.I got the supervisor attention myself and I explained to her what was going on and she’s like yes that is very unprofessional of her! I will not be going back there again!

Yvonne makes you feel like you are the only customer in the store ,she is extremely personal, knowledgeable of all your companies products,and I have to mention her smile! Thank you Amscot for hiring amazing people to serve our community with pride! B.j Estera

Went here to receive a quick western union transfer.. Ended up standing in line only to find out western union is seperate window.. Went there to wait another 10 minutes and then had to give my social, ID, address, place of employment... Never in my life has a place asked for all this just for a western union.. Plus the attendant was unfriendly.. Ill not return.
