Very disappointed with Caliber. We heard they were the best in the area and they “couldn’t see” the fed raising the interest rates which led to my home under contract to go up 400 dollars. Then the area sales manager had the nerve to request 1000 dollars from us to lock in a rate. When we were never informed that was an option to begin with. Then while I was scrambling to figure it out no one could held me because he decided to go to a week long conference. This company will waste your time.

I have had nothing but outstanding experiences working with Scott Kravetz at Caliber Home Loans with my rental portfolio in Florida. I've used him for multiple purchases and refinances, and the experience has been like none other. He's extremely responsive, pushes other organizations where and when he needs to in order to get the ball rolling. It's an incredibly personal experience, and I'm always blown away by how much he remembers about us if there's a long gap between activity. The only downside is that I have to move on from Caliber shortly due to approaching our maximum number of loans that they will hold... I've done 12 mortgages and 6 refinances over the last decade or so, and Scott has been by far the most professional and the most helpful person that I have worked with, yet!

Frank and his entire team at Caliber are top notch. I knew nothing going in to this process and they have helped me SO MUCH! I wouldn’t have been able to buy my first home without their help. These people truly care about the customer and their experience. 10/10 would recommend them to any and everyone.
