She and the entire loanDepot team made the process painless for us, even with an oversaturated market. They helped us secure an amazing rate and lower our monthly payments, exactly what we hoped to do. We are grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage or to refinance.

This is the worst mortgage company that I have ever been with. I paid my loan on time and the loan number was wrong. The company received the payment by electronic transfer and I furnished my bank statement and the tracking number from the credit union! I've called several times and all the information is taken and nothing is ever solved! Now they are going to ruin my credit and now say I have to have my credit union send a transmittal. I have never been late on any credit or mortgage and have a 760 score! If you are smart you will stay away from getting a mortgage from this company! To top it all I an a disabled Vietnam veteran and have to be treated like this from this company!

So I received a call from this company and when I told her I wasn't interested she cussed me out and hung up!! True Professionalism!!

My boyfriend and I applied for a pre-approval loan several months ago. Sylvia asked for all our information such as W2 forms, check stubs, amount in bank accounts etc. All which was sent within a few days. Then I heard nothing back. I checked the portal daily to make sure there was nothing missed. It always said nothing needed right now. Not only did I not hear back, but today I got a phone call from a telemarketer about our house in Florida. (did they sell my information?) review would be no stars, but it won't let me post unless I put at least 1one.
