If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely lied to about the total amount of the loan I was pulling out. Questioned here on the phone and she told me it wasn't going to be that amount. Today, my balance is twice what it is supposed to be. My loan is an extra 1300 over what it should've been, all they do is scam you into extra add-ons knowing you need this right away. Don't waste your time here

Called this place after being approved for a $8k loan and receiveing an offer on Credit Karma of 15k with outstanding approval odds. I start speaking with a person name Ray supposedly, and he was instantly offended by me. He was not polite and very unprofessional. I guess my voice sounded to black for him. He even said we were getting off on the wrong foot and Im really having a good day. He asked if I would like to call back later. Left me on hold for a while. I call back on the other line and get the situation taken care of by Mario. I merged the call and was still on hold. Beware, of institutional racism with this place. Same tactics they used back in the day to disenfranchise people. All he had to do was send a link so I can upload documents sheesh. Now I do not want to deal with them if this is the type of people they have working for them, ashaming.

Erin was the best . Her customer service skills are great. She explained everything thoroughly. I had many questions and she was very patient and professional with every answer. She is definitely an asset to the company.

Aileen was the best help me along the whole way. Great service
