We went in to get domestic partnership paperwork notarized and they said we needed witnesses, which is fine but to which I explained we don't have anyone to be a witness only blood relatives so we would need to be provided with some if possible, to which they then told me that they could be blood relatives and it didn't matter, then when I got back to the car literally on the first page of the document it says it can't be blood relatives so they didn't even read the first page and told me the wrong info. Literally didn't even try and were snarky. Go to the one by Denny's instead

Went to the amscot on 56th Street in temple Terrace....terrible. they had 1 person working and the couldn't do western union. Whats the point of having someone work there. Usually they give good service. Very disappointing.

Shannon and Carmen helped me count out 2 years worth of change that came out to about $98. Thank you ladies for not turning me away, I needed the cash to put down for an emergency deposit.

The pregnant girl in the blue shirt at window 094 at 2:36pm today 01/04/2020 needs to learn how to inform people. I was trying to cash a western union money order. I walked in and asked if they do western union she told me yes and asked for my id. After cashing the money order and shorting me $4 she then explains that they charge a fee. Then I get to car and realize the fee was $3.96 and she stole $0.04 from me. I don't care about the $0.04 but it's the principle of it that bothers me.

Good when in desperate need... I had a part time job and only qualified for $100, haven't needed from them for two years just when i do, i go give them a paystub from my new job which i make alot more than what i did back then. And still qualified for $100 really needed a little more because my car broke down and had to get a dealer vehicle. Lady (Ella) that was taking care of me was horrible at even communicating with me or explaining anything! Asking me for a bank statement when i gave her the most recent paystub that had my bank acc because it went direct deposit, couldn't explain NOTHING at all Not the best experience
