Bought my first bass boat. Wasn't really sure anyone would even talk with me. I was right after several companies, credit score down. I saw Boat Finance LLC. Said on last try, they was the MOST helpful and friendly people to work with. Asked what I'd like to do, I went over my concerns. They came back with a few questions. I replied and with honest answers. I was able to get my first bass boat. Within 3 days I was at the lake. Thank you Boat Finance LLC. Y'all ate the best. I highly recommend them. Hope to more business in the future.

Excellent experience! I contacted Will on a Monday, had an approval by Tuesday and funding to dealership by Thursday. Very professional, expediant, responsive and courteous the whole time. I’m self employed and financing can be challenging even with my good credit score. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a boat!

We received a pre-approval from this company. We were then told that we needed to visit the boat yard and pick out a boat and have the purchase agreement forwarded to them to complete the financing process. We picked out a used boat put 10% down and then the lender NEVER returned any calls. This was the most ridiculous experience we have ever had. DO NOT use this company. They lie and then just never call you back.

Never had this much problems getting a loan. Wanted us to fill out a paper application and then they wanted us to do it online. But did not let us know that until we called to check on the status. They said we were approved but turns out that was only a pre approval. Had to send over more documents to finally get the real approval. They charged us 10.25% which the dealer said was high and we agreed. Anytime we would call them they just answered the phone with “Hello” which I think is unprofessional. Didn’t even know if I was calling an actual business. I get it everyone’s working from home due to COVID but at least answer your phone business like. The dealer is not even gonna use them for financing anymore as he has had other problems with them too. Be warned using them.

Marion in the front office was one of the friendliest people I have worked with over the phone. Herself and the finance department were on top of it the whole time.. Will definitely purchase me future boats through them.. Thanks again everybody at Boat Finance!!!
