Launch Credit Union | Titusville-US 1, Titusville, FL

Went to New launch credit union on Singleton Ave to open bank account and get document notarized. The teller said if I have not been a member for 90 days they could not notarize my document even thou I had a drivers license and.state ID. Also asked to exchange 100.00 for 20 & 10 for trip and she could not exchange cash for cash for sane reason. No explanation so I decided if this is their banking policy not to assist community or customers it is best to place money elsewhere..Would not recommend this bank . This was not the tellers fault because she was doing as trained.

I worked with Madison Quetot who is a loan specialist and she was amazing! She was very patient and knowledgeable. Even though there were technical issues she kept me up to date throughout the whole process. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone who is looking to get a loan.

Launch credit union does not release reoccurring SSI payments it will sit in your account sometimes almost a week before SSA benefits due date. Launch credit union doesn't care and will have you suffer it out till the 1st. Even though the money is good. I would offer up a zero star if possible.

I just got off the phone with one of the reps and I think she was actually very rude. I have also been told by launch that I was able to receive my check on Thursday when my work puts it in. When I was with another bank I had always been able to get my check early on Thursday morning. Now I am not getting it until Friday and I was told by the Titusville launch facility that I would be receiving it on Thursday morning just like my old bank did. But that is not the caseIt has not been a good experience being here.

Teresa was the best! She was fast, had a great sense of humor and super great at explaining to us all of our options. She had all the answers to our endless questions and even offered us future recommendations! Thank you!

Teresa Rutter has been a wonderful assistant honoring my financial questions. I have been amazed at how quickly she understands my needs and offers products to benefit my wants at the time. She is also very flexible and doesn't push products to make her quota, if there is one. I highly recommend this woman and Launch. I have enjoyed the 40 + years with a bank that has grown to serve me with style.

I was recommended to join by a few other members. This location was easy to get to and fully staffed with lots of help! I didn’t have to wait too long at all to be helped! Teresa R was confident in explaining the process of becoming a new member. She went over everything in detail and followed up with every question I had.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Aubree Lovegrove at the Titusville Branch of the Launch Credit Union. I had my checking account compromised and needed to change account numbers. He was so patient and helpful that he made the whole ordeal a lot easier and so much less painful. He took his time and made sure that I understood everything. You're lucky to have such a great employee. Also, I'd like to thank Erika Coppen also with this issue, she was a big help also....
