Terrible customer service. Attempting to get cash to put down payment for a house for rent so I wrote a check for my room mate to cash. They were giving her a hard time while this guy is munching away at his McDonalds. So I step in and show them my ID and show them my bank account on my phone to verify it’s my account and the funds are available but they continue to give me a hard time to cash my own money out of my account. Never doing business with these lazy incompetent morons again

Worst customer service... we ask them for money order of 1500, They split that into 1000 & 500 and told that they have limit upto 1000(after making money order). When we ask to cancel it they charged 20$. Atleast they could have told upfront.Please don’t go there

Good place. They have copy, fax, notary services. Also, bill payments, cash advance, money orders, and money transfers abroad.

I don’t think is right that one cashier is taking care of five customer at the same time. When this happen, none of the customer feels well attended.

People are not friendly. They don't know what they are authorized to do. They had to call someone to confirm. Still couldn't figure it out.

Bad customer service. Asked questions I never received here. Clearly the people here are being poorly managed. Good luck if you come here
