Fantastic customer service by Ramdy at the Wauchula Branch. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to do anything to help with business and personal financial needs. Definitely a breath of fresh air compared to recent experiences elsewhere.

The tellers at Wauchula Mid-Florida are always kind and work at a fast pace. We have banked here for several years and I have enjoyed the great customer service.

I love this bank, but the ATM hasn’t worked in over 6 months. I have to go to a different ATM and pay fees

Went to this bank with a death certificate to remove a name on the account. Elderly 81 year woman was told to pay off 4000.oo loan or they would repo her only transportation. Entire family closing all accounts!! family is closing their accounts.

I'm canceling my account with thid bank. They have stolen $60 from me in the last 3 days. And now i still have to pay the negative to cancle my acount. And they refuse to acknoledge what they did.
