San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, Wesley Chapel, FL

We only had a Visa credit card & a small savings account. I decided to close it when after they had a recent update, a new look for their online website, I got alarmed when my 'security answer' appeared as a 'user ID', which gave me the feeling whoever they hired to create their new look, may have had some oversights in the process.

My mom and dad has been banking with San Antonio for years, I have finally opened a couple of accounts there and can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism the staff always shows. I never have to wait forever like the past institution I had been using for service. They are efficient and never rush you out but have their task down to a tee. I highly recommend this credit union over any other credit union or bank in the area.

Do not use the account often but when I need it I find myself unable to use it, guessing its due to some garbage safety protocol that restricts users from accessing their own money. No luck reaching staff outside of normal bankers hours. So I believe I’ll be sticking with Sun Coast Credit Union as they seem to have their sh!t together.

A world full of amazing technology anddddd San Ann still doesn’t have Apple Pay. It’s 2022. Let’s get with it.

During COVID-19 and everything that has changed this year, it was such a good experience to interact with Dani. She and all the staff at the credit union are wonderful
