Amscot - The Money Superstore, West Palm Beach, FL

I loved the environment of the store. The Agents were transparent and answered all my questions about eligibility and what I was able to take for a cash advance loan! The only thing is as I know it was getting busy, I feel that the employees should be with 1 customer at a time and not bring around 2 or 3 other employees come minutes after the employee goes to another station.

Unfortunately I have the opportunity of using amscot on a regular basis. But at this particular location I'm Okeechobee and off of military. They have the worst customer service ever there's only one person in the entire store that attempted to be nice. And also they give out counterfeit bills I have gone to my bank and they would not accept two out of the three twenties that they've given me and one of the 100s that I received. If you guys read these reviews do something about this store.

The worst experience I've ever had cashing a check!! They literally had me waiting an hour to cash my check, even though there weren't busy, absolutely nobody in the store. I promise you I will never go to this establishment again. THE WORST!

Inefficient costumer service and they make you to waste your time. I'd never come back and definitely don't recommend it. Those people who work there should look for another job.

I got a money order from amscot the customer rep. Told if I needed the cash back to keep the receipt and I can get a full refund.I didn’t need the money order, I came back to return the money order and they charged me to cash the money order instead of returning the money order for my full refund. If I known that I would of went the bank or the post office to get my full refund for free but my car is in the shop and I don’t have transportation to get around so I had to cash the money order but I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with amscot policy and the customer rep. That lied to me if you get a money order from amscot or anywhere if you have a bank cash it there or if you can go to the post office and cash it for free,Amscot should change their policy about refunds with money orders.

Rudest people at this branch. They act like they are very important and significant as a big bank and customers are nothing to them. Amscot would hire anyone with a pulse and pay $15/hour and they act like a big frigging deal! What a pathetic joke! I was being treated like a criminal for trying to get 4 money orders for a local business. Called the corporate office and they are pretty useless and, indifferent also.

The worse customer service ever it's like the people working hated waking up and definitely hate there job the way they get real slick mouth and the attitude they give you for asking a basic question is atrocious they really need to clean house and start over I wouldn't recommend anybody to come do business here for no reason this place is terrible just Terrible I advise fo anywhere else but here

Free money orders. What could be better? I came in early in the morning, plopped down my cash, and walked out with a money order 60 seconds later no waiting in line at a bank and paying high fees. Thank you for the great service.
