DO NOT EVEN THINK OF WORKING WITH THIS “Company” (really a one man shop) Juan is a complete fraud and lacks and semblance of professionalism. Terrible customer service, terrible responsiveness. Wasted 45 days of my time, tells me my file is going to committee for final approval review and then I never hear back from him again. Will be proceeding with legal action against him.

Juan is an extremely intelligent individual. His product commercial lending offerings are vast and he knows exactly how to structure a deal in order to make it work. I enjoy working with Juan.
