Rude and unprofessional didn't like the 2 employees that attempted to help me even though I've been coming here for year they we just nasty towards our experience. Unreliable and you can only cash a check with I'd because they don't provide any other way.

I wanted to express my feelings on my experience this morning at Amscot. Gloria the employee that works there was so helpful & thoughtful, and her smile made my day. I asked her if she ever had a review she said no, all the reviews that are done were bad. I'm giving a good review today, we all need to be positive in this world there's enough negative going on. Thanks for everything Gloria you help me with this morning. I appreciate it.

this place made me wait 20 plus minutes to then tell me because a coworker cashed a check from the same lady a few days ago, now I can't cash one! They have to wait till the other one clears. I was a bank teller for years never have i heard such a reason . I think they make up rules. Oh well they lost out on $100 they would have made. I just have to wait till Monday to go to my bank. I don't know but I know they were not helpful. I watched them call 5 other customers up and complete their transactions before teling me they could not do mine.

Very unreliable company. Charges extremely high interest rates. Caters to the dishonest people and turns down the honest. Had I not been honest and updated my information with them I would have been helped. Instead I was turned away for not having a paper check. News flash amscott this is the digital age and not many people still use checks. My money is more valid than the con artists you guys freely hand money to everyday. Its nice to know I can't get a little assistance in a very difficult period of my life. I will never recommend your company to anyone I personally care for.

Convienient to my area, good customer service as well as an array of options and services. Also free Tootsie Rolls!!! A Western Union is located here, you can pay bills, get free Amscot money orders, load cash to debit cards, cash checks and money orders.Never a long wait, if any and speedy and accurate service.

If I could do no stars I would, don't go here find a different one. The woman working the teller station today had a horrible attitude because its a holiday and she had to work i guess, she was terrible explaining the situation to me which didnt match up with what the manager at my home location told me the day before... I was sent to this one because my store was going to be closed for the holiday and I was informed from my store that I would have no issue getting the advance today but because of all of this I am now stuck with overdraft fees when I have never had an issue getting the advance after 24 hours before with a bank statement showing it went through on Monday the 21st, she had a complaint about everything and an awful attitude. Because she didn't want to do her job today I am now screwed with a negative bank balance, no way to feed my child, and an overdraft fee. Happy Thanksgiving I appreciate you amscot

Convenient enough location. Fast cash at very high interest rate. Was struck at the pattern of unfriendly behaviour of employees here. Absolutely lacking in people skills. With all the money being made, Amscot could invest in soft skill training.
