EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this company and the service that Victor Roland has provided to us. My wife and I were recently using him to purchase a house. He led us to believe that we would qualify and that the financing for the sale would come through up until the end. There were constant difficulties in communication between us and Victor. The denial letter was not sent until 3 days after the cancellation causing us to LOSE our ESCROW. We were neglected throughout the entire process when we completely trusted him. He was very shady with the pricing and avoided our questions when it came to the breakdown in the closing costs, which we never received anything for the entire sale of the house. The inspection was delayed and never released to us. At this point we still do not know the total cost and ended up losing the house on top of being embarrassed over the phone on our last call because he would not tell us straightforward that we did not qualify for the house. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this lending company or Victor Roland if you are trying to buy your first house.

I got turned down by Rocket Mortgage, David and his wife helped me so much to get the rate and the house that I wanted. Then Kim Winford took over with the underwriting team and this is really where the hard work came into play. The whole team is superb and very professional. They are the best in the business as far as I can see. I would recommend Element Funding to all my friends and family who are serious about buying a house. Love them.God sent.
