OneMain Financial, Winter Haven, FL

This is my second time visting this company. The first time i got a letter to apply in the mail 2014. I walked in with the letter, after calling to the winter haven. Branch to inquirer and was TOLD TO COME IN, the women at the front desk looked at me and said "sorry you can't apply at this this time" time" without even getting any of my information. Now here in 2021 I get another invitation to apply... Ive caller multiple times with no answer. Left a voicemail noone returned my call, I went up to the winter haven branch again, and this time they wouldn't even open the door, just ignored me from the indise. This was during business hours and there wasn't any indications that they may have been on lunch or break at the moment and once again I called and no one answered. After reading reviews and watching youtube reviews I decided to give this company a try because the personal loan would help me build my credit. But this company or rather Winter Haven has proven to have poor customer service in regards to getting in contact which is a BIG red flag. Thank you for making the decision for me. I will be avoiding thus company. I can't imagine signing a loan contract and having this hard of a time trying to get in contact with a representatives afterwards.

My experience with this company has been great reviewed my application with a quickness was contacted immediately the same day. When went to office staff was very friendly and courteous. Thanks onemain financial for being there for me.

The employees were magnificent. They were well trained. I have one Major issue. No guest wifi. I had now way of downloading the documents that they needed. Very frustrating to say the least. How can you run a financial institution in this day and age without guest wifi ???

First loan, had no idea what i was doing, was told to call bank then left alone in room with no instructions as to what i was calling bank for. After all was done my money was late because my bank account number was entered wrong, had to call and chase my money, was told would get a call back but never did, had to blow them up to get my check. Now a week later my bank issending me letters threatening to repo my truck for nonpayment when onemain was supposed to be paying it off as part of my loan.

This is the place to go if you need financial help! WinMary was sooo kind and helpful! She wasted no time and had the process fully explained and done in a time frame that even surprised me! I highly recommend this office. Not only is the staff amazing, the whole vibe is super welcoming and comfortable.

The most smoothies process ever. The person that helps me her name is Kim she made the process Incredibly easy and efficient so much so that I would highly recommend anyone to deal with you guys. So far I had a great experience dealing with this company
