During the big push for robotics and automation, we sometimes forget how important customer service and banking relations matter (in person). Carla, Lisa, and Selena of the Winter Haven branch were an amazing team. They were super on Friday with helping me with my business transaction. The bank had just closed but they allowed me to enter and conduct my important business.
