Community First Credit Union, Yulee, FL

We have used this credit union for years and have NEVER had a single problem. Every time we go into the Yulee branch everyone is extremely helpful and kind. I'd like to especially thank Jen the branch manager!! She is 100% a rockstar!! She definitely knows her stuff!!!

Jessica Forbes with CFCU in Yulee is very professional, proficient, and thorough. She helped me today in a short notice and got what I needed done in a timely manner. She never made me feel like a bother having to call her back a couple of times. She will forever have my business. Thank you for everything.

When you go in this bank they know you because they remember you, and they treat you with kindness and respect. They are always trying to improve the customers experience, not their profits. They are always finding ways to improve their services based on the local needs of your neighborhood, as well as anticipate your future needs. It's just a real person to person experience, with your needs in mind, whether you know what they are now or what they will be in the future, they are never too busy to talk with you or help you figure it out.

I went to this location back at the beginning of the year,needing information on a possible car loan. Jen ,the Branch Manager, was nice and helped me understand all the ends and outs,plus what me options were. With her help, I was able to get that loan that fit my needs best. I will go back again for any of my financial needs.

I absolutely love Community 1st! 🤩 I rarely go inside but when I do, it's so fast it's almost like I didn't go in! LOL The staff is always welcoming & I've never had to wait to get help. If I could just get the ATM to come to me so I could do my deposit, it would be perfect. Drones next?
