San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, Zephyrhills, FL

A year ago I open an account. I had heard good things about this bank, but really they are very unprofessional! And to even clear a check you have to wait almost a week. No way!!

Best bank I have ever been with. The employees go above and beyond for all customers. I would recommend this bank over any bank in the united states. You could never ask for a bank to be better to there customers. I have service dog and they always welcome him into the bank and they even know his name like they know mine. At this bank you are a person not a number.

Always friendly staff. 4 of 5 stars because I wish the were open on Saturday if even for a few hours. I work an hour out if town and difficult to do business before they open or after closing. I have to take time off to go to my bank. But generally a good bank.

I called three times and no one answered my call. I hung up and called again was fourth caller in the CUE when I was second caller they hung up. Not happy about service

I have found them to be very responsive. I like the service! Unlike many other banks, there is never a long wait to see an officer. Perhaps not important to anyone else, but I love not needing a deposit slip! It is Just one other way to say how convent the whole process is!

If I could give one star I would fees for everything it’s ridiculous that you see your check pending for three days and you have to pay $10 to get your money moved to Truist

It's a typical bank. Cashier are friendly and can help with questions. Place is clean..
