I have multiple loans with Aplus. never had a problem always friendly and professional. I drive from Douglasville to this particular location because of how the employees treat you. Now that they offer online process well that just tops the cake!! Thank you Heather

According to their advertising, a job and direct deposit=loan. Not true! I had applied for a loan with a clear car title and was denied. I have direct deposit and a job. SMH wasted my time.

very unprofessional. denied my loan because i had an attiude is what i was told. this place is trash and I do not recommend this place to anyone. you are better off going to a company that trains thier employees on how to deal with emotional customers. im pretty sure im not the only emotional person to apply. Dealing with these types of people are the last thing a person needs exspecially when they are already going threw some financial problems. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

This place has horrible customer service. The lady kept trying to charge me for a personal check even after calling to verify it wasn’t she started to raise her voice at me. The person in front of me got her uncalled for attitude as well. Avoid this place.
