They are so nice when you borrow money but when you want to pay a payment to them they acting so rough and rude . When I asked them to give a week to me for paying the payment she said no just today or tomorrow otherwise we will come to pick up your car. And this the third times that I’m borrowing from title max. They just trying to take my car. Don’t go to this store. Also, Don’t believe the 5stars that people gave them. All of them were customers who borrowed money and they gave them these stars by forcing from the title max agents of this store. They forced me too for giving them 5 satrs but I just came back and changed it.

Again I was impressed about the service that I received this title next location. Even though I couldn’t get what I wanted this time the ladies provided me with what I needed. Lori was just as great as Tamika was.

I had a great experience with this company. Tamika and Lori had gave me great information. They provideedthe help I needed and the money I asked for. Thank you guys

Unfortunately, I went to the Cowan location today at 10:15 A.M and there was no one to be found. I called the store and I did not get an answer. I then called this location on Cobb Parkway and I received an answer right away. I explained to a very nice lady named Ms. Lori , what I needed assistance with and I made my way to the store. She thoroughly explained EVERYTHING and made sure that I knew exactly what I was doing before I did it! I appreciate everything and I say if you need someone that’s thorough, punctual , and professional…. Ask for Lori!
