The worst company I have ever dealt with, they are worse then the bill collectors... They call you from their personal phones and blocked number’s. They are rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t let my dog get a loan with this company, they are big liars as well..I will never deal with them again..They are horrible!

Horrible. Been paying them for two years and they cant even give someone a little time in trying times to get to them when im out of state. Then proceeded to get a attitude with me wich I returned very quickly. Horrible people. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Please do not ever go here. These people are the worst to deal with. They harass you even after you have talk to them. They don’t care how long you have been a paying on time customer. You can be a minute late on the due date and they are calling your phone. I will never refer anyone to them. I tried to warn my relative don’t go here.

Walked in the lady looked at me and asked where do you work I told her Oxford construction and she said she can't give me a loan. No paperwork, no credit check . In and out in less than a minute. No sure if it was profiling or what . Never had that experience before.

They are not professional and they gave my husband a loan then when he paid it back they told him he wasn't eligible to get another one bull s#it

Stop sending that young lady in the red durango to people houses risking her life for some money she sweet and understanding but yall be risking her life especially after ppl have called informed yall of there situations and not running hiding from yall but yall act like one payment gone put yall out of business or get the lights cut off HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ‼️ Even if your payment is due on the day of if your not there by 1 here come a call cnt give ppl time to get other business handled I believe its the branch managers put some much pressure on these front office ppl ‼️

They will run you down call,text, show up at ur home or business so in other words run do not choose them

It is solely my opinion by the manner I was treated that this company has discrinated against me in a couple of ways. I believe my hippa rights have been violated causing me great public embarrassment and humiliation. I believe this company to be using predatory lending practices and discriminates against the disabled. I was denied account renewal on the basis of my health that was unlawfully disclosed and used against me. Upon receiving the loan I renewed at one point and even received an increase. A couple of months ago I was told that I wasn't able to renew because I have cancer. I explained that I had cancer at the beginning why the certain change. I was told that the insurance company wouldn't insure me. I assume that that they made enough off interest and other fees. I spoke to someone who I assumed was a district manager. Safe to say I didn't get any recourse. I explained that I was seeking legal remedy so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
