I was referred by a family member to apply for a loan. I put the application in online no one contacted me like the application stated so I ended up calling them some lady named Shameka or something like that said she would run my application and to give her 30 minutes and she would call me right back a whole 24 hours passed still no call so at this point I don’t even want the loan if the customer service is this bad already (I have good credit I knew I could get approved) but at this point I just want to know what type of customer service this is so I call back and stated my name the person acted like they couldn’t hear me so I spelled it out she put me on a 3 minute hold to get back on the phone to ask me about previous jobs I’ve had every time I told her she asked another question so when I informed her I have been employed at my party time job for 2 years she got silent and said nothing for a whole minute I said you know what just pull my application I don’t even want it sad part is the person referred me to help them out because she knows I pay my bills on time don’t waste your time here unless you like dealing with unprofessional people
