My wife and I were looking to buy a home in March 2022 and I was recommended GFM because they have partnered with the Homes for Heroes program**. **Homes for Heroes partners reimburse some of the home-buying costs for Firefighters, EMS, Law Enforcement, Military (Active, Reserve & Veterans), Healthcare Professionals and Teachers). We specifically worked with Ken, but were introduced to other staff along the way, all of which were so nice and professional throughout our home-buying journey. There were many times where we needed a last-minute pre-approval letter, and of the brokers I was working with, I could always count on Good Friend. They work with a diverse group of lenders and were able to get me a great rate locked in before interest rates climbed even higher.

She never failed to return a phone call or email. She went out of her way through the process to keep us updated on the progress of the mortgage, and always anticipated the next move.
