Simply put, Josh is phenomenal at what he does. My family and I were in a unique situation where we needed to buy a home while I was in another country halfway around the world. Despite the communication challenges presented by a 13-hour time difference, Josh never skipped a beat. He was always there when I needed him and took them time to coordinate things on my schedule.
