Not sure what all the complaints are about in previous reviews. Felicia and Betty are amazing to work with. Could not have asked for better service. Sometimes life hits you all at once. We hit some hard times but they came through for us and made it so easy and stress free. Highly recommend you go here if you are in need of help. They will treat you right. Had to call several times. Instead of them calling me back they just left it alone hopeing I would just go away. Then when I called the last time I got an attitude from the young lady & a generic response as to why they never called me back. I see now why people are using World Finamce instead of locally. It's a joke & a true hassle to do business with locals.

They waste people time getting all their information just to say that can’t do nothing and won’t even give a reason why and they are rude

Betty and Felecia are the best! They always do an excellent job of customer service. Very pleasant personalities, they make you feel like family and more than just a number. Would recommend Sumter Finance for that reason. Plus the new handling of documents are very helpful and convenient. Please keep up the good work!!
