They are not worth the time of the day if you ever have a loan and are late on one or 2 payments they will never let you get another loan even if you pay it off

I give service loan and tax a five miss queena and Mrs renita are great they are very good about making sure payments are made on time. Making payments on time helps with your credit you just never know so always pay on time if you can not make arrangements.. I love this company keep up the good work all staff membership

I miss one payment because my hours been cut at work. Because of the covid virus. We are running low count on kids some been out with this virius. an they ask me when could i pay i only get payed once a month an they was not willing to work with me on my loan started calling me leaving threating message on my voice mail. Saying we willl turn it over to legal services if i didnt pay ik they have a job to do but long as you pay they ok saying they will collect the collateral on my loan i didnt put up no collateral they sent me a check through the mail an i desposit it.in that was it.when i pay them off i will never get aloan with them again.they are rude an threating.

The customer service here is amazing, Queena helped me feel at ease making sure i didnt overextend myself in debt. If I get in trouble finacially again I'll be coming here

This past loan was really an unexpected blessing.The check in the mail was a god sent.I really am glad for the kindness and consideration this company have shown me. From my experience the loan officers that been taken care of my account are very understanding treats you with a lot of respect and they always there for me when I need them so I give them a thumbs up
