I just want say how awesome Megan is .I know her from the past when I come in when she was just a sales person and from then to now she has helped me out when I needed it For example I needed some money and it was out of her hand and she said she would have to check with her boss to get approval and it wasn’t but the next day or even that afternoon she got back to me and said we could do the account for what I was asking for So the ladies that work for Megan are awesome as well From John the the nicest customer

Let me just share how amazing those ladies are there. I lost my job and got behind. They never hassle me about a payment. They allowed me to pay what I could until I got on my feet. Mrs. Amy was so sweet and professional. I kept them in the loop of everything cause after all I wanted to pay just fell short times. Now that I’m almost back on my feet I plan on paying the loan off. I’m just grateful for the understanding of the staff at this particular branch.

I filled out an online application and received a call for the hwy 29 located from a lady named Amy... She was rude and hung up on me because she was rude to me. When I called back she refused to but a manger on the phone stating she was the manager but then told me her manger name was Megan and she was unavailable. And then hung up on me again... She was very rude and disrespectful and she called me.. very poor customer service.
