New to Atlanta and this was the closest check cashing place by my house, i came in and they had a thorough security process that most places wouldn't bother to go through. After setting me up they cashed my check in under a minute and offered me free insurance quotes that they apparently offer aside from check cashing. Staff was speedy and made nice small talk, will come again for checks and bill payments :)

Worst check cashing company in Atlanta. They are not loyal to their customers. We have had a Commercial Account with A-1 for years.We get nothing but a hassle and aggrevation from it's entire staff. (which to include manager) They are not loyal to there customers with a commercial account who has never ever give them a bounced check It's not the Company it's the people working there at that branch. Don't believe it just try it Strongly recommend go to another branch..Please keep your piss poor response from manager. I'm just saying.

This place is ridiculous... I had two money orders for equaling up to 900$ I have the receipt, the money order receipts. I told them I tried adding to capital one. But didn't know I couldn't, it kept saying can't read amount. She called someone and all she said was he tried depositing it and it didn't go through, I'm like that's not the same, explain to him why, this heffa said she did, I'm sitting right there listening to her, he said so he won't do them, over the phone... these people are fools do not do business with them!!!!

okay so this check cashing is right by my house it was very convenient I go in to make my copies so one particular day I go in to make my copies this guy Marco pulled up my UI for my unemployment to get my 1099 this guy asked me for my social security number and also asked me for my pin so I had to think about I was like wait I don't feel comfortable giving you my pin why would you ask me for my pin why would you even try to log into my account why wouldn't you just let me go to the computer so I thought about it I was like why do I got to give you my pin why I can't go to the computer I really want to talk to corporate about that because I didn't like that at all

I love A+ Financial - The staff is fantastic, light-hearted, and actually work to take care of your needs. I work with them on any financial assistance I may need and they always deliver. Thank God for Jackie and the rest of the crew. They do what those big banks can't... and that's to take care of their customers like they are family and friends. Bet!

My goodness that Cheryl Boykin is literally the only reason I go to this establishment!!! She has the best customer service of any company that I have EVER dealt with and she is always professional and still very friendly!!! Thank you for allowing me to acknowledge the GREAT JOB that she’s doing!!!!
