EXTREMELY High Rates! It seems like they aim to take your vehicle! U can’t be late at all! And if u Miss one phone call from them they immediately start calling around for U like you’re hiding from them. I had to take a break to hurry and call them back to stop them from calling everybody, cause she went to calling everybody like I was missing or something within a matter of two minutes of me not answering her call due to me being at work. Annnddd the Lady Michelle has a very slick mouth. She talks to you any kind of way. It’s already bad enough that you’re trying to get your title back, then she’s saying things to u to make it even worse! Definitely stressed me out on a whole nother level. THE WORST TITLE PLACE EVER!! I don’t recommend anyone to ever go to them!!

My husband and I have been customers for almost a year with this company. We called to pay off our loan and was very rudley informed by Micheal who claims to be a manager but does not know who or where the corpate office is or how to contact them. She informed us if we pay off our loan with a debit card they will hold our title an additional 30 days and we still have to pay an additional 80.00 more then our pay off. We are now trying to just pay it off anyway but reqeust to handle this matter with someone else who is more knowledgeable and professional but we are still getting the run around. I don't mind paying our fees, we've always paid our payment. But I do not trust doing business or giving my debit card information or any money in exchange for my property with someone rude, and lacks the ability to know what company she even works for or how to contact them, how to have proper customer services edjcate and professionalism. If your a manager your the face of the company and should act like it and be able to answer questions in a perfessional manor.. If I am about to hand you money I should be able to feel like I can trust to get my property returned to me. Speaking to a person whom talks to me like I haven't paid my bills or I am less then her does not sit right with me. I do not do business that way. No one should. Most especially when I'm literally trying to pay off my loan. So In order to get my property returned to me I guess I am forced to wait 30 days after I paid it off in full and give this Micheal an additional 80 dollars. Plus be spoken to in such a manor. But I will not be doing business there ever again and for warn the people that do to be very careful.

When I was in this office a couple of weeks ago, Michelle was extremely helpful. She answered every question I had and I left feeling confident I made the best decision for me. I could not recommend them more!

I have been to this office multiple times and continue to have a great relationship with the representatives. They know my name when I walk in and are quick to help me with my financial needs.
