Thank you for working with me and giving me an opportunity to rebuild my credit. Rebuilding credit comes with higher interest that's just part of it but if you make your payments they can help you like they helped me. It was a pleasure doing business with you. U can't make everybody happy but as long as you try that's good business. I look forward to doing business with PFS in the future.

If I could give a 0 I would!!! Very rude, unprofessional & has constantly harassed us for over 4 years! Have attached “other fees” on my account that no one can tell me what it is or why it’s there. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Finance your needs through anyone but these people! Even during COVID-19 they’re still harassing people with no income and no job! Not even willing to work with you or have an ounce of compassion. Life happens and they need to understand that.

Absolute zero professionalism, very rude!!

This is one of the most caring companies to work with. I bought a car thru them and had a stroke right after and then my husband had a heart attack and ive let them know whats going on. They were willing to work with me and allow me to continue on..The staff are so Sweet and understanding.They truely care about their customers not just the $$$$.. I would recommend them to everyone!! thankyou guys for making me feel appreciated as a person and not just a number off a loan.. You guys are the very best !! Truely appreciate yall.
