I've been loaning with this company for like 3 years now. Called this morning to renew my loan, asked them what I would need and they told me my last 2 check stubs and a utility bill. I told the lady well I'm on unpaid maturity leave so they aren't the most recent. The lady told me that would be fine. So I went to my store printed out my check stubs and went to renew my loan. They tell me they cant renew my loan until I go back to work! After I called and told them I was on unpaid leave! So they let me waste my gas when I need it most for nothing! I'm a salaried manager who is going back to work in three weeks. I always make my payments and have paid off two loans and renewed this one twice! I wont need to renew my loan when I go back to work. It's sad that I've been a customer with them as long as I have and they cant help me when I need it most!

It's nice to see them face to face so you know who you talking to when u making payments over the phone. Y'all should go see them to see if they can help you like they helped me.

Fast and friendly. Cindy was very professional and considerate of my time. I had to be at work in an hour of my arrival and was finished in 35 minutes. Highly recommended.
