I recently had some fraudulent activity happen with this company, I was unaware of what was going on until one of the branch managers (Linda) made me aware of it. Linda was very helpful and professional as to what I needed to do to dispute what was going on. Because of holidays it was hard to get the police report over to them due to our headquarters being shutdown. I received a call from Prince he stated he was the assistant manager but was terribly rude and unprofessional, cutting me off any chance he got and speaking to me like a child. I am not even one of their customers, just dealing with an issue that was very frustrating and he didn’t make it any easier. This is not a company I would ever do business with, just thought I would share my experience.

I had previously wrote a review (yes a negative one) but spoke with Linda and agreed to remove the review (which I did) but sometimes it is what it is. They screwed up internally and basically tried to make it look like I didn’t want to pay. We worked past that but today I get a letter from Chris Cunnyngham Operations Supervisor ( same guy I spoke with that reported my account as delinquent to the credit bureau after we had come to an agreement of getting the internal error corrected smh) stating my account is seriously delinquent and how I need to come into the office so they can “help me” get back on track (mind you we’ve had this conversation before). Also said they are “more than willing “ to work something out with me but it MUST be done immediately. If not “I will assume your intentions are as they appear and the appropriate action will follow “. Now mind you I agreed to make a payment on the 25th of August and today is the 23rd and the letter is dated August 12th. So what does he perceive my intentions are? He acted so shocked when I wrote the initial review although he knew he had reported my account to the credit bureaus as delinquent even though they internally closed it and said was paid in full after I spent time on the phone trying to make my regular payment. Can’t trust people to honor their words these days. Better off not dealing with companies that has no honor and shady people in charge. I wish I could upload both letters for you all to review. This guy talks out of both sides of his neck. Go elsewhere to borrow money.
